Affiliation and Registration Terms

By registering and agreeing to the participation terms, the interested party enters into a contract with LGK

The German language course participant is considered registered in the chosen language course after paying registration fees including books, CDs, and worksheets for the duration.

Course fees are paid either in full payment for the complete course value or in two installments ending with full payment, provided that the second installment due date does not exceed four weeks from the start date of the registered course.

The course participant has the right - after obtaining written approval from the Technology Scope Institute - to postpone enrollment in the registered course to another date, provided that the postponement period does not exceed four weeks.

The language course participant is not entitled to transfer participation in the course to others except after obtaining written approval from the institute administration, nor is he entitled to claim compensatory sessions or financial discounts in case of absence at specified times even if with prior excuse.

The course participant is allowed to be present in designated student areas which are classrooms, reception and registration office, and is prohibited from being in non-mentioned areas except with prior permission from institute administration. Also prohibited from copying any programs or protected materials from or to institute computers except after obtaining institute administration/course director approval.

The participant bears the consequences and costs of any damage or intentional destruction to computers or any institute property, and the institute has the right to claim appropriate compensation resulting from the damage.

The institute reserves the right to take disciplinary actions such as issuing verbal or written warnings to the course participant and depriving him of the course participation certificate or dismissing him from the course and notifying him personally or his guardian or representative when the participant violates the following rules:
- If the participant misbehaves (verbally or physically) with a teacher, trainer, or any institute employee.
- If he misbehaves with another trainee while present at the institute.
- If he does not comply with specified attendance and departure times and does not inform the course director or institute administration with prior excuse.
- If he does not commit to paying the second installment on the predetermined date agreed upon with the institute administration.
- If a judicial ruling is issued against him with a freedom-restricting penalty during the course.

The course participant is not entitled to claim a participation certificate if his attendance rate is less than 70% of the total course duration.

The institute reserves its right to modify the course schedule and training times or change the lecturer/teacher as required by institute circumstances. The institute also has the right to postpone the language course start date if the number of registered participants is less than six individuals or extend its duration (for no more than 15 days) if required by interest.

The institute commits to providing a suitable training/educational environment for participants, and participants have the right to submit written or verbal complaints or suggestions to the institute administration provided they are individual, and group complaints will not be considered.
Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

Fee Refund Rules and Conditions
German language course participants have the right to refund full paid fees or a percentage thereof in case of withdrawal or registration cancellation. The institute has the right to deduct registration fees of only 20 Kuwaiti Dinars according to the following table:

The course withdrawal date is considered the date on which the participant submits a written letter in the form specially prepared for this purpose, announcing the course participant's desire to withdraw. The participant must retain a copy of the form signed by the responsible employee and stamped with the institute seal after submitting the withdrawal request, with the withdrawal form submission date clearly indicated on the form.
No other date is considered whether through verbal notification or participant's discontinuation of language course attendance, nor is a copy of the withdrawal form without the responsible employee's signature and institute seal considered.
