Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

German language course participants have the right to refund full paid fees or a percentage thereof in case of withdrawal or registration cancellation. The institute has the right to deduct registration fees of only 20 Kuwaiti Dinars according to the following table:

• The course withdrawal date is considered the date on which the participant submits a written letter in the form specially prepared for this purpose, announcing the course participant's desire to withdraw. The participant must retain a copy of the form signed by the responsible employee and stamped with the institute seal after submitting the withdrawal request, with the withdrawal form submission date clearly indicated on the form.

• No other date is considered whether through verbal notification or participant's discontinuation of language course attendance, nor is a copy of the withdrawal form without the responsible employee's signature and institute seal considered.
